Our beef is raised in optimal conditions, fed with balanced forage and grain. We use sustainable farming practices that not only make it a healthy choice but also tasty.

HOW IT WORKS

1.

You choose the format (quarter, half, whole) on our online store

2.

By making a reservation, you pay the deposit for your order.

3.

We call you when your meat is ready (in the fall), make the final payment, and then you pick it up at the butcher shop!

* NB: The number of meat represents approximately 60 to 65% of the carcass weight. For example, for 200 lbs carcass, you will have around 126 lbs of meat.
